Ang Davao, City po kasi ang aming nagsisilbing modelo para sa matagumpay na pangarap ng aming probinsya. Iyon ay kung ok lang po. Maraming salamat po.

Tomas J. Monteverde IV, of which said proposal was endorsed to. Kindly coordinate with their office relative to your request. Thank you.

  3. May I suggest all legislations, ordinances be published in this Sanguniang Panlungsod of Davao City website. It is important that the public should have access, to know the laws in our city. It’s our city’s duty to inform the public of these laws. And to ask a citizen to pay for a copy of these laws is counter productive and begs the question, “Shouldn’t taxes pay for this for public service?”

    • spdavao says:

Sir, the link to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Davao is already posted in our blogsite. You may also access the list of landmark legislation of the city under the Landmark Legislation Page. The necessary fees collected from certified photocopies of resolutions and ordinances is pursuant to Section 237, Chapter IV, Article I, Secretary’s Fee of the 2005 Revenue Code of Davao City. Thank you.

Maam, as previously informed, only government offices can avail of copies of approved Davao City resolutions and ordinances for free and we are not allowed to send it to private emails. However, you can avail of a certified true copy of the ordinance for a prescribed fee of P 25 for the 1st page and P10 for the succeeding pages. The said ordinance consists of only 3 pages and would cost you P45.00, should you wish to avail of a certified true copy.

Kindly send someone to our office to pay the corresponding fee and get the certified true copy, as we can only send a copy of the same to an official government email address. Maybe your office has its own government email address where we can send the said ordinance? Thank you

Sir/Maam, we apologize for the delay in our response. This is due to the system upgrade of the official website of the City Government of Davao. As such, the LANDMARK LEGISLATION ONLINE facility, where you can download PDF copies of landmark ordinances of the City of Davao, was temporarily inaccessible.

However, the said facility can now be used and accessed. You can download a copy of ordinances through the ONLINE LANDMARK LEGISLATION facility in this website.

Just go to the HOME PAGE, click on the ONLINE LANDMARK LEGISLATION icon at the said page and key in the ordinance number, 00158-05 or the keyword, “revenue” in the search bar and click on the PDF icon at the right side of the title to download a PDF copy thereof.

      For your information and guidance.
